How will the users get out-of-stock products notification?

To notify the users of out-of-stock notifications, the admin has to install and enable the extension from the backend. Admins can customize their notification message and can enable and disable it whenever they want.

How can I send the Low stock notification to subscribed customers?

When the admin enables the extension, they can set a low limit for the product and a message so that when the stock reaches the low limit, an alert notification will automatically notify the customers about the product’s low stock.

Can this Magento 2 extension send a guest user Out-of-Stock notifications?

Yes, but the customers have to subscribe first, and then they will be notified by the Out-of-Stock notifications.
