Product Subscriptions for All Magento Extensions of MageComp
MageComp is switching to the Product Subscription Model effective from February 1, 2022
Product Subscription Model will have the following advantages for our customers
What about the Products bought on and after February 1, 2022?
All the orders placed on and after February 1, 2022 will have the below terms:
> Support & Upgrade for 1 year from the date of your purchase.
> If you Renew Subscription before your Subscription ends, you need to Pay
50% of the Extension amount to continue the Upgrade + Support service
30% of the Extension amount to continue only the Upgrade service
> If you Renew Subscription after your Subscription ends, you need to Pay
60% of the Extension amount for Upgrade + Support
40% of the Extension amount for only Upgrade

What about the Products bought on and after 1st November 2021?
To provide unbroken service to our existing customers with the new subscription model, we have made the following settlements.
All the orders placed between 1 November 2021 to 31 January 2022 will have the below terms:
> Support & Upgrade till 1 February 2023 (instead of 3 months) from the date of your purchase.
> If you Renew your Subscription before 1 February 2023 you need to Pay
50% of the Extension amount for Upgrade + Support
30% of the Extension amount for only Upgrade
> If you Renew your Subscription after 1 February 2023 you need to Pay
60% of the Extension amount for Upgrade + Support
40% of the Extension amount for only Upgrade
For clear understanding, we have prepared an example
Note
> We do not have an auto-debit or auto-renew system.
> Your subscription will not be renewed automatically after its expiration.
> At the time of your subscription expiration, you will get lifetime access to the source code of the last available version.
> The versions released after your subscription is expired will only be accessible with subscription renewal.
> All the customers who placed orders before 1st Nov 2021, won't be able to download the latest version anymore. You will need to renew the updates or support the subscription.
