Howdy Magento Folks,

Today I am going to comprehensively explain What is Single Store Mode and How to Enable in Magento 2.

Magento primarily provides the facility to set up multiple stores and store views. So the Single Store Mode is disabled by default. However, if you have a single website with one store, and one store view, you can enable Single Store Mode in Magento 2.

Some startup businesses possess only a single store. To make the display settings simpler for the store admin, turn off store view options and scope indicators. This can be done by enabling single store mode in Magento 2.

Let’s get started.

Steps to Enable Single Store Mode in Magento 2:

Step 1: From the Admin Panel, navigate to Stores > Settings > Configuration

Step 2: Expand the General tab and select the General option.

Step 3: Enlarge the Single-Store Mode option and set Enable Single-Store Mode field to Yes.
