Would you please enlighten me what is order comments email vs order email

    1. Hi
Order email is sent when customer places an order on website.
Order comments email is sent when you as a admin write order comment for specific order.

  2. I have followed the same steps as you have mentioned, still there is no comment in the mail. Are these comments sent in the order confirmation mail or in a separate mail? I am getting none.
