  • Support Composer 2.5.x while Composer 2.2.x remains compatible.
  • Support Varnish cache 7.3 while 6.0.x and 7.2.x versions remain compatible.
  • Support RabbitMQ 3.11 while RabbitMQ 3.9 remains compatible.
  • JavaScript libraries have been upgraded – moment.js library (v2.29.4), jQuery UI library (v1.13.2), and jQuery validation plugin library (v1.19.5).

GraphQL

  • The GraphQL caching abilities have been enhanced in Magento Open Source 2.4.7-beta1 and Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-beta1 release, which improves page load speed. 
  • Support for custom attributes has been enhanced.
  • Now the parse method is called only once, improving the performance of the GraphQL parser.

Page Builder

  • Page Builder v.1.7.4 is compatible with Magento Open Source 2.4.7-beta1 and Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-beta1.

PWA Studio

  • PWA Studio v.13.2.x is compatible with Magento Open Source 2.4.7-beta1 and Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-beta1.

Performance & Scalability Improvements

  • Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-beta1 introduces faster processing of save operations for large deployment configurations.
  • The config cache is generated faster for large configurations in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-beta1 release.

B2B

  • B2B Sales Representatives are capable of creating a quote directly from the Quote and Customer grids in the Admin.
  • Discounts can be applied as a percentage off, a fixed value, or as extended pricing for specific line items within a quote.
  •  B2B Buyers and Sellers are now able to add notes directly to a quote.
  • The Quote Detail view has been improved, providing the ability to add items by SKU or from the product catalog, add or edit notes, apply line item discounts, and access product configuration directly from the quote detail page for buyers and sellers.

Google ReCAPTCHA

  • Google ReCAPTCHA for checks, money orders, and custom payment methods at the checkout works as it should.
  • Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source Forms cannot be submitted until the Google ReCAPTCHA checkbox loads.
  • The reCAPTCHA widget is displayed before the Place Order button on the payment page instead of at the top of the page.
