How to Add Variants to an Existing Product on Shopify Store?

Product variants can be said as the child products of the main product, the parent product. These variants are exactly like the main product, just of a different color, size, materials, and other attributes.

Product variants provide customers with multiple buying options, improving their shopping experience.

Let’s begin with the steps now. ?

Step 1 – 

Go to Shopify Admin → Products.

Step 2 –

Select any one existing Product on your Shopify store.

Step 3 –

Scroll down to the Product Page, where you will find the Variants field.

Choose the Add options like size or color option from where you will be able to add variants to your existing product.

Step 4 –

Choose the Plus button to access the dropdown menu with different variant options that you can choose from to add your product variants.

Step 5 –

Choose any of the suitable variant options that you want to add to your existing Shopify product.

In this tutorial, we will go with the color variant option.

Fill in the given fields to complete variant information for your customers and proceed further with the rest of the steps.

Now, if you are planning to add another product variant, you can choose from the add another option button and follow the same steps you followed to add the first product variant option smoothly.
