Once the extension is installed successfully, go to Stores ? Configuration to configure the extension for use.

Configuration

Enabled: Enable or Disable the extension from here. Set it as enabled to use the features of the extension.
Social Media Handle: Admin needs to add all the social media account’s details in the correct field of that particular platform.
Add Button Name: Admin can add the desired name for the chat integration button here.
