How to Check Orders in Shopify?

Follow these 3 simple steps to view your customer’s order history easily.

Step 1 – Shopify Admin > Orders

Step 2 – Select the order number whose order history you want to view.

Step 3 – After selecting the order, a page with all the product details will appear on your screen.

Scroll down⏬ the page, and a section of Timeline at the end of the page is where you will find the entire customer’s order history.

Step 1 – Go through the timeline steps of the order history. Continue scrolling, and you will find a button for Resend Email.

Step 2 – Click the Resend Email button, and an order confirmation mail will be resent to the respective customer.
