Last night along with the release of Magento 2.3.1 along with SUPEE – 11086, Magento has also released Magento 1.9.4.1 Version that covers updates of SUPEE-11086 and provides resolution of multiple critical security issues and functional fixes. As always, these security enhancements help close cross-site scripting, arbitrary code execution, and sensitive data disclosure vulnerabilities as well as other security issues.
Also, recently Authorize.Net Direct Post payment method currently switch to MD5-based hash for all M1 and M2 installations. So, Magento has also included Authorize.Net patch and stopped supporting MD5-based hash usage.
