How to Install Magento SUPEE 11346 [With or Without SSH]

On June 30, 2020, Adobe made an announcement for ending support of Magento 1 for both Magento Commerce as well as the Magento Open Source version. With this announcement, we can say that Magento will not be answering any further security problems regarding Magento 1. On 22 June, 2020 Adobe announced the release of the final patch for Magento SUPEE 11346.  Recommendation to all the Magento 1 store merchants for installing the latest patch for Magento 1 security to protect your stores from the hackers.

How to Install Magento SUPEE 11346:

• Using SSH
• Without using SSH

How to Install Magento SUPEE 11346 with using SSH:

Firstly, you need to connect to your hosting provider for setting SSH.

Download Magento SUPEE 11346.

After the download of the patch just upload it on your Magento root directory and run the SSH command.

For .sh file:

sh patch_file_name.sh

For .patch file:

patch —p0 < patch_file_name.patch

For Linux OS or Ubuntu systems:

bash patch.sh

Important Note: “After the execution of all the commands the admin will need to clear cache”.

How to install Magento SUPEE 11346 without SSH:

For achieving this task you need to just Download Magento version zip file. Admin can also make use of Github to download this Pre patched files. 

After the download of the files, you need to just upload it to your Magento Root Folder.
