How to set Min Time Between Password Reset Requests in Magento 2?

Steps to set Min Time Between Password Reset Requests in Magento 2 store for Admin

Step 1: Log in to the Magento Admin Panel and navigate to Store > Settings > Configuration

Step 2: In the configuration, expand the Advance option and select the Admin menu.

Step 3: Now expand the Security menu and process further.

Min Time Between Password Reset Requests: Uncheck the box and enter the minimum number of minutes that must pass between password reset requests in the Min Time Between Password Reset Requests field.

Step 3: To apply your changes, hit the Save Config button.

Steps To Set Min Time Between Password Reset Requests In Magento 2 Store For Customer

Step 1: Navigate to the Admin homepage, then choose Stores from the sidebar. Then, under Settings, select Configuration.

Step 2: Choose Customer Configuration from the Customers board on the left. After that, expand the Password Options section.

Min Time Between Password Reset Requests: Unselect the checkbox and add the number of minutes that must elapse between password reset requests in the Min Time Between Password Reset Requests field.

Step 3: Click the Save Config button in the upper-right corner to save your changes.
