Steps to Configure Order, Invoice, Credit Memo Display Settings in Magento 2:

Step 1: Log in to your Admin Dashboard and navigate to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

Step 2: Now, enlarge SALES from the left menu panel and choose the Tax option.

Step 3: Expand the Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos Display Settings option.

Step 4: Apply the required settings

Display Prices – Determine how to display the prices – Excluding Tax, Including Tax, or Including and Excluding Tax.
Display Subtotal – Determine how to display the subtotal – Excluding Tax, Including Tax, or Including and Excluding Tax.
Display Shipping Amount – Determine how to display the shipping amount – Excluding Tax, Including Tax, or Including and Excluding Tax.
Additionally Show Order Total Without Tax – Determine whether the order total must be displayed with or without tax.
Display Full Tax Summary – Determine whether the full tax summary must be displayed or not.
Display Zero Tax Subtotal – Determine whether the zero tax subtotal must be displayed or not.

Step 5: When it’s completed, hit the Save Config button.
